Review of autonomous following Onago drone

With the Onago Drone, Onago puts higher-end features into a quadcopter that is sure to attract new and experienced pilots.

For starters, its camera carries lens with a 170-degree angle of view and a 12-megapixel sensor with is good for users to capture HD videos and still images

Onago gimbal is available for Gopro Hero3 and 4. Users could fasten their Gopro camera to the gimbal and start aerial DIY filming. While we also can get a camera from its camera pack. With F2.2mm lens its own camera can capture video at 1080p full-HD resolution in MOV format; Besides, its watertight case make it's workable even 30 meters under the water; Its storage is up to 32GB, there's a SD card slot for us to make our own choice.

Onago takes advantage of 2D brushless gimbal which could let users stabilize lens. Onago drone's 500*500*320mm size ensure its stable flight attitude in the air, Besides long arms and 4 powerful ensure its lift. Its motor could reach up to 200°/s which means it could reach its 34.4mph(55kmph)top speed in windless situation.

Onago has a chipset with GPS and ultrasound built in. The chipset allows the Onago dorne to return to its take-off location on its own and hover in place, among the obstacles. When the automatic tracking switch is turned on, GPS and image sensor works together to let drone well locate and autonomously follow us.

Comparing with the latest phantom 3,Onago has the most existing function for sport enthusiasts-autonomous following. Pocket our smart phone or other GPS devices that's available for Onago App, these sensors on Onago drone will keep communicating with GPS device and tracking. As for sport enthusiasts this free hands so that they can focus on sport when they do DIY filming.

Onago is using a 5400mah Lipo battery which could support max 20 minutes flight in the open air while high winds and fast flying will shorten that time. The battery is removable, so we can always carry extras; besides, Onago offer extra battery pack for users.

The Onago works with ARI's Onago app for piloting the drone as well as controlling the camera, and viewing videos and photos from a smartphone or tablet (Android and iOS are supported). Also, users'll be able to set a flight plan for the drone on App.

For those of users who want physical controls instead of just using touch, Onago has the remote controller. This gives us two sticks for piloting; controls for the camera; a button for taking off and landing ;a return-to-home button; and users can wirelessly pair a tablet or phone with it for first-person-view (FPV) flying.

Users can connect an external display via the full-size HDMI and use that to see what the camera sees.
The amplified Wi-Fi radio and its antenna allows us to fly farther -- up to around 1km in the open air.

The Onago early bird pack will be available for preorder on kickstarter(https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ari-onago-drone/onago-intelligent-auto-follow-drone-with-camera) at US$499 and there's more option for users there.
